Why we exist
The gap we kept seeing.
We started VenturOS because we kept watching the same thing happen. A founder builds something good. The product works. And then everything else — positioning, launch, distribution, finance, ops — eats them alive.
The advice everyone gives is "hire someone." But hiring is slow, expensive, and the wrong move when you're trying to find product-market fit. What founders actually need is leverage. Specifically, the leverage of a real executive team, without the cost of one.
